How to Pin a Group

Pinning a group moves it to the top of your chat groups list, making it easier to find and access frequently used groups.

1. Open the Student App and log in
2. Navigate to the Groups section from the bottom navigation bar
3. Find the group you want to pin in your groups list
4. Long press on the group
5. A bottom sheet will appear with group management options
6. Tap “Pin Group” from the menu options
7. The group will be moved to the top of your groups list
8. A pin icon will appear next to the group name to indicate it’s pinned

Tip

You can pin multiple groups. All pinned groups appear at the top of your list, making it easy to access your most important groups quickly.

Note

To unpin a group, follow the same steps and tap “Unpin Group” instead. The group will return to its normal position in the list.
