Overview
Create, manage, and track incidents reported by students. This feature is available for Owner, Admin, and Collaborator roles. View all incidents in a centralized board, assign staff members to handle cases, update statuses, and communicate with students through comments and chat.
Role-based access
Section titled “Role-based access”- Owner – Can view all incidents in the school. Can edit Status, Assignee, and Collaborators on any incident.
- Admin – Can view all incidents in the school. Can edit Status, Assignee, and Collaborators on any incident.
- Collaborator – Can view only incidents they are a collaborator on. (When someone is set as assignee, they are automatically added to the collaborator list.) The Incident Board and the Student detail Incidents tab show only those incidents. Status, Assignee, and the Collaborators list cannot be changed; those fields are read-only. Opening a direct link to an incident they are not allowed to view shows an in-app message: “You do not have permission to view this incident.” with a Go back button (no redirect to a 404 page).
