How to View Incident Details
View comprehensive incident information including details, people involved, and communication.
- From the Incident Board, click on any incident row in the table
- View left column: Incident details (basic information table)
- View center column: Description, Student Chat (tab), Activities (tab), Comments (tab), AI Summary (expandable), Mood Graph, and Attachments
- View right column: People Involved, Status, Assignee, Collaborators, and Notifications
Editing Fields
Section titled “Editing Fields”You can modify the following fields directly from the incident detail view (where your role allows):
- Status - Click the status dropdown to change status. Available statuses depend on your school’s configuration. Status updates immediately and email notifications are sent to subscribed staff members. Only Owner and Admin can change Status. If you have the Collaborator role, Status is read-only.
- Assignee - Assign or change the staff member responsible for handling the incident. Only Owner and Admin can change Assignee. If you have the Collaborator role, Assignee is read-only.
- Collaborators - Add or remove collaborators who can view and receive updates on the incident. Only users with the Collaborator role can be added. Only Owner and Admin can add or remove Collaborators. If you have the Collaborator role, the Collaborators list is read-only.
- People Involved - Add or remove people involved in the incident
- Notifications - Subscribe or unsubscribe from incident notifications
