How to Attach More Evidences After Reporting an Incident

Add additional evidence to your incident reports after they’ve been submitted to provide more context and support your case.


  1. From the bottom navigation bar, tap on “Incident”
  2. Tap on the incident you want to add evidence to
  3. In the incident detail view, tap on the “Evidence” tab
  4. View existing evidence attachments (images, links, files)
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the evidence list
  6. Tap the “Upload New Evidence” button
  7. A bottom sheet will open with options to add evidence:
    • Upload Image: Upload images from your device gallery
    • Upload File: Select files from your device
    • Share a link: Enter a URL link to external evidence
    • Description: Provide a description for the evidence
  8. Select your evidence type and follow the prompts:
    • For images: Upload from your gallery
    • For files: Select files from your device
    • For links: Enter the URL and add a description
  9. Tap “Let’s Do This” to attach the evidence
  10. The evidence will be added to your incident
