How to Access Previous & Migrated Reports
Access all your incident reports, including those that were migrated from another account, in the incidents screen.
- From the bottom navigation bar, tap on “Incident”
- You’ll see a list of all incidents you’ve reported
- This includes:
- Regular incidents: Incidents you’ve created in this account
- Migrated incidents: Incidents that were migrated from another account
- Tap on any incident to view its details
Understanding Migrated Reports
Section titled “Understanding Migrated Reports”Migrated incidents are reports that were transferred from a previous account. These incidents have some special characteristics:
- Status Display: Instead of a status stepper, migrated incidents show a status banner displaying: “Incident Status : [Status Name]”
- Read-Only Access: You can view all details but cannot:
- Add new comments
- Upload new evidence
- Edit any information
- View-Only Features: You can still:
- View all incident details
- View existing comments
- View existing evidence
- See the incident status
