How to Track Incident Status
Monitor the progress of your incident reports through the status stepper, which shows where your incident is in the investigation and resolution process.
- From the bottom navigation bar, tap on “Incident”
- Tap on the incident you want to track
- In the incident detail view, locate the “Incident Status” section
- View the status stepper, which displays a vertical list of status steps
Understanding the Status Stepper
Section titled “Understanding the Status Stepper”The status stepper shows:
- Vertical list of statuses: Each status represents a stage in the incident workflow
- Current status: The active step is highlighted to show where your incident currently is
- Completed statuses: Steps that have been completed show a checkmark icon
- Status names: Common statuses include:
- New: Your incident has been reported
- In Review: Staff members are investigating your incident
- Closed: Your incident has been fully resolved
Interacting with the Status Stepper
Section titled “Interacting with the Status Stepper”- Click the help icon (?) next to “Incident Status” to view detailed status information
- The stepper updates automatically when staff members change the incident status
- You’ll receive push notifications when the status changes
