How to Track Incident Status

Monitor the progress of your incident reports through the status stepper, which shows where your incident is in the investigation and resolution process.


  1. From the bottom navigation bar, tap on “Incident”
  2. Tap on the incident you want to track
  3. In the incident detail view, locate the “Incident Status” section
  4. View the status stepper, which displays a vertical list of status steps

The status stepper shows:

  • Vertical list of statuses: Each status represents a stage in the incident workflow
  • Current status: The active step is highlighted to show where your incident currently is
  • Completed statuses: Steps that have been completed show a checkmark icon
  • Status names: Common statuses include:
    • New: Your incident has been reported
    • In Review: Staff members are investigating your incident
    • Closed: Your incident has been fully resolved
  • Click the help icon (?) next to “Incident Status” to view detailed status information
  • The stepper updates automatically when staff members change the incident status
  • You’ll receive push notifications when the status changes
