How to View Your Incidents
View detailed information about incidents you’ve reported, including status updates, comments, and evidence.
- From the bottom navigation bar, tap on “Incident”
- View the list of all incidents you’ve reported
- Tap on any incident to view full details
- The incident detail view shows multiple tabs:
- Details: View comprehensive incident information including:
- Description
- Status (with status stepper for regular incidents)
- Categories
- Date and Time
- People Involved
- Location
- Comments: View and add comments to discuss the incident
- Evidence: View all evidence attachments and add new evidence
- Details: View comprehensive incident information including:
Understanding Incident Status
Section titled “Understanding Incident Status”Regular Incidents (Status Stepper):
- View the vertical stepper on the incident detail page
- Each step represents a status: New (reported), In Review (investigating), Closed (fully resolved)
- Completed steps show a checkmark icon, current step is highlighted
- Tap on the stepper to view status details
Migrated Incidents (Status Banner):
- If your incident was migrated from another account, you’ll see a status banner instead of a stepper
- The banner displays: “Incident Status : [Status Name]”
