How to Select Data to Migrate

Customize your migration by selecting the specific data types you want to bring over from your previous account.

1. After tapping “Import Data Now”, you’ll see the “Choose What to Migrate” screen
2. You’ll see three data type options with checkboxes:
   • “Mood & Activities” - Migrate your mood entries and activity data
   • “Incidents” - Migrate your incident reports
   • “AI Companion” - Migrate your AI Companion conversation history
3. Select at least one data type by tapping the checkbox next to each option
4. You can select all three, any combination, or just one
5. Once you’ve made your selections, tap the “Continue” button at the bottom of the screen

Caution

Important: You must select at least one data type to proceed with the migration. If you try to continue without selecting any data type, you’ll see an error message asking you to select at least one.

Tip

You can select any combination of data types. For example, you might only want to migrate your incidents but not your mood data. Choose what’s most relevant to you.
