How to Verify Migration Request

Complete the migration process by verifying the migration request through the email link sent to your previous account’s email address.


  1. After confirming the previous account details in the app, a verification email will be sent to the email address of your previous account
  2. Check the inbox of your previous account’s email address
  3. Look for an email with the subject “Data Migration Verification Request”
  4. The email will contain:
    • Details about the migration request
    • The data types selected for migration (Mood, Incident, Companion)
    • Information about the requester (your current account email)
    • School information (from school and to school)
  5. Click the verification link in the email
  6. You’ll be redirected to the School Web Portal migration verification page
  7. Review the migration details displayed on the page
  8. Click the “Confirm Migration” button to approve and start the migration
  9. You’ll see a progress indicator showing the migration status as your data is being transferred
  10. Once the migration is complete, you’ll see a success message: “Migration Successful!”
  11. You can now return to the Student App to view your migrated data
