Analytics regarding my logged moods?
Your logged moods and activities are summarized in several places on the Home screen: summary cards, Mood Stats, and the Activity chart. All of these respect the time period you choose in the clock dropdown.
Summary cards
Section titled “Summary cards”Below the “How are you feeling now?” card, a horizontal row shows:
-
Total Moods
Number of mood entries in the selected period. -
Total Activities
Number of activity selections across those entries (one mood log can have several activities). -
Top Mood Triggers
Activities most linked with positive moods (↑) and with negative moods (↓) in the selected period. See How to find my mood triggers?.
Time period dropdown
Section titled “Time period dropdown”Above Mood Stats and the Activity chart there is a clock icon and a dropdown. Use it to set the period for all mood analytics on the Home screen:
- Today
- 7 days
- 15 days
- 1 Month
- 2 Month
- All
Changing the period refetches your data and updates the cards, Mood Stats, and Activity chart.
Mood Stats
Section titled “Mood Stats”The Mood Stats card shows how many times you logged each mood (Great, Normal, Stressed, Sad, Angry, Scared) in the selected period.
- Use the bar chart / pie chart icons on the right to switch between a bar chart and a pie chart.
- A “Refreshed …” line under the title shows when the data was last fetched. A ? icon opens a short explanation of how the pie chart percentages are rounded.
Activity chart
Section titled “Activity chart”Below Mood Stats, the Activity chart is a stacked bar chart. It shows how your selected activities are distributed across moods in the selected period. Each bar is a mood; the segments are the activities you logged with that mood. A legend lists the mood colors.
