How to Track Your Mood and Activities?
You track your mood and the activities linked to it from the Home screen. The flow has two steps: choose your mood, then add activities (and an optional note).
Step 1: Open the mood sheet
Section titled “Step 1: Open the mood sheet”- On Home, find the “How are you feeling now?” card. It always shows your streak (flame icon, number of days, and 7 dots). It shows your last mood and when you logged it when you have one; otherwise it shows “No mood recorded”.
- Tap the add button (smiley with + icon) on the right of that card.
A bottom sheet opens: “How you feeling?” with mood options (Normal, Great, Stressed, Sad, Scared, Angry).
Step 2: Select your mood
Section titled “Step 2: Select your mood”- Tap one mood. The selected mood is highlighted.

- Tap “Let’s Go”.
Your mood is saved and a second sheet opens to add activities.
Step 3: Add activities (and optional note)
Section titled “Step 3: Add activities (and optional note)”- The sheet shows a message based on your mood and a list of activity groups (e.g. Social, Health). Each group can be expanded or collapsed.
- Tap one or more activities. The “Yup, that’s all” button at the bottom is enabled only after you select at least one activity.
- (Optional) Add a note in the text field.
- Tap “Yup, that’s all” to save the mood and activities and close the sheet. A success message is shown.
If you don’t want to add activities:
Tap the cancel (X) button at the top of the sheet. Your mood is already saved from Step 2; it will be stored with no activities.
Changing your mood before saving activities
Section titled “Changing your mood before saving activities”On the activities sheet, the top bar shows your current mood and “Tap to Change”. Tap that row (or the back arrow) to go back to the mood sheet, choose a different mood, then tap “Let’s Go” again to return to the activities step with the new mood.
Alternative: open from a mood notification
Section titled “Alternative: open from a mood notification”If you open the app from a mood notification, you are taken to Home. Use the “How are you feeling now?” card to log your mood and activities as in the main flow.
