How to Approve/Reject Data Request from School

  1. From the bottom navigation bar, tap on “Profile”
  2. Tap on “Approval Requests” tile
  3. View the “Approval Request” section which shows all pending requests from school staff
  4. For each pending request, you will see:
    • Requestor name - The name of the school staff member requesting access
    • Request date - When the request was made
    • Expiry date - When the access will expire (if approved)
    • Reason - The reason provided for the data request
  5. To approve a request:
    • Tap the checkmark icon (✓) button on the right side of the request card
    • The staff member will be notified by email
  6. To reject a request:
    • Tap the X icon (✗) button on the right side of the request card
    • The staff member will be notified by email
  7. View the “Live Access” section which shows all currently active data access grants
  8. For each active access, you will see:
    • Requestor name - The name of the school staff member with access
    • Request date - When the access was granted
    • Expiry date - When the access will expire
  9. To revoke active access:
    • Tap the “Revoke” button on the access card
    • Confirm the revocation in the dialog that appears
    • The staff member will be notified by email
