How to change password?

1. Log in to the Student App
2. Tap on the “Profile” tab in the bottom navigation bar
3. Tap on “Privacy & Security” in the Profile page
4. Tap on “Change Password”
5. You will be redirected to the Change Password page
6. Enter your “Old Password” (required) - Enter your current password. The system will verify this by attempting to sign in with it
7. Enter your “New Password” (required) - Create a new password that meets the following requirements:
   • Minimum 8 characters
   • Must contain at least one letter
   • Must contain at least one number
   • Must contain at least one symbol
8. Review the password validation feedback indicators to ensure all requirements are met:
   • 8 Characters - Password must be at least 8 characters long
   • 1 Letter - Password must contain at least one letter
   • 1 Number - Password must contain at least one number
   • 1 Symbol - Password must contain at least one symbol
9. Tap the “Change Password” button (the button will be enabled only when all password requirements are met)
10. The system will verify your old password by attempting to log in with it
11. If the old password is correct, your password will be updated
12. You will see a success message: “Password updated successfully!”
13. You will be automatically logged in with your new password

Caution

Important: You must enter your current password correctly. If the old password is incorrect, you will see an error message and the password will not be changed.
