How to delete student account?

1. Log in to the Student App
2. Tap on the “Profile” tab in the bottom navigation bar
3. Tap on “Privacy & Security” in the Profile page
4. Tap on “Delete Account”
5. A confirmation screen will appear asking if you want to delete your account
6. Review the information carefully, as account deletion is permanent
7. Tap the “Delete” button to confirm account deletion, or tap “Cancel” to close without deleting
8. When you tap “Delete”, the system will permanently delete:
   • Your account and all account information
   • Your membership from all chat groups
   • All your chat messages and chat history
   • All your data associated with the account
9. After deletion, you will be automatically signed out
10. You will be redirected to the sign-in page
11. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted

Danger

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including incident reports, mood tracking history, chat messages, and group memberships, will be permanently deleted. Make sure you want to proceed before confirming deletion.

Caution

Important: If you haven’t signed in recently, you may be required to sign in again before deleting your account. If you see the error message: “Too long since most recent sign in. Sign in again before deleting your account.”, you’ll need to log in again first, then attempt account deletion.
