Why I can not Sign Up with Gmail and Outlook?
jiver jinx Student App requires students to use email addresses from their school’s registered domain. Public email providers like Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Hotmail, and other personal email services may not be allowed, depending on your school’s configuration.
Why This Restriction Exists

What Email Domains Are Allowed?
Section titled “What Email Domains Are Allowed?”- Email addresses from your school’s registered domain (configured by your school administrator)
- Email addresses that match your school’s allowed domains list
- The specific domain depends on what your school has configured
What Email Domains May Not Be Allowed?
Section titled “What Email Domains May Not Be Allowed?”Depending on your school’s configuration, the following public email providers may be blocked:
- Gmail (gmail.com)
- Outlook (outlook.com, live.com, msn.com)
- Yahoo (yahoo.com, ymail.com)
- Hotmail (hotmail.com)
- AOL (aol.com)
- iCloud (icloud.com)
- And other public email providers
