How to re-request email verification?

  1. Log in to the Student App
  2. Navigate to the Account Details page (this appears after sign-up or can be accessed from Profile → Account Details)
  3. On the Account Details page, if your email is not verified, you will see an error message container below the Email field displaying “Email not verified”
  4. In the error message container, tap the “Resend” button
  5. A verification email will be sent to your registered email address
  6. After clicking the button, the message will change to “Email has been sent successfully!” and the button will be disabled
  7. Note that this email can only be opened from a mobile device where the jiver jinx app is installed (this information is displayed below the success message)
  8. Check your email inbox for the verification email
  9. Click the verification link in the email to verify your email address
