How to re-request email verification?
- Log in to the Student App
- Navigate to the Account Details page (this appears after sign-up or can be accessed from Profile → Account Details)
- On the Account Details page, if your email is not verified, you will see an error message container below the Email field displaying “Email not verified”
- In the error message container, tap the “Resend” button
- A verification email will be sent to your registered email address
- After clicking the button, the message will change to “Email has been sent successfully!” and the button will be disabled
- Note that this email can only be opened from a mobile device where the jiver jinx app is installed (this information is displayed below the success message)
- Check your email inbox for the verification email
- Click the verification link in the email to verify your email address
