How to verify your email?

1. After creating your account and completing your account details, the system will automatically send a verification email to your registered email address
2. The verification email is automatically sent 60 seconds after you complete your account details (first name, last name, date of birth, grade, etc.)
3. Check your email inbox for a verification email from jiver jinx
4. Open the verification email
5. Click the verification link in the email
6. The link will open in the Student App (if installed) or redirect you to the app
7. You will be redirected to the email verification page in the app
8. The page will display “Verifying Email…” while processing
9. The system will automatically verify your email using the verification code from the link
10. Once verified, the page will display “Your Email has been verified”
11. If verification fails, the page will display “Failed to verify your email”
12. Tap the “Continue” button to proceed
13. You will be redirected to the home screen
14. Your email verification status will be updated in your profile (you will see a verified icon next to your email in the Account Details page)

Tip

If you don’t receive the verification email, it may take up to 60 seconds after completing your account details. You can also check your spam folder. If you still don’t receive it, see How to re-request email verification? for details.
