How to Find SOS Helplines

1. Open the Student App and go to Home
2. Tap the SOS icon (top right of the header) to open the SOS bottom sheet
3. In the sheet, tap the “Contacts” tab
4. The list shows helplines with:
   • Title – name of the service
   • Availability – when the line is available (e.g. 24/7)
   • Number – phone number
5. Scroll to find the helpline you need
6. Tap the phone icon on the right of a contact to call that number; your device’s phone app opens and dials it

Note

Helplines are selected by your device’s country or timezone (e.g. India, South Africa). You cannot change the region yourself.
