How to create announcement group

  1. Navigate to the Announcement Groups page (or Groups section in the navigation)
  2. Click the “Create Group” button in the top right corner
  3. In the group creation dialog, enter:
    • Name (required) - Enter the group name
    • Description (optional) - Enter a description for the group
  4. Select students to add to the group:
    • Use the student selection interface to add members
    • You can search and filter students
  5. Click “Save” to create the group
  6. The group will be created and available for selection when creating announcements
  7. When creating an announcement, you can select this group in the “Select Groups” dropdown field in the Audience section
