How to Review Chat Group Reports

Students can report chat groups for various reasons. These reports appear in the Reported Chat Groups tab where school staff can review them and take appropriate action.


  1. Log in to the School Web Portal and navigate to the Groups section
  2. Click on the “Reported Chat Groups” tab
  3. You’ll see a table listing all group reports that need review
  4. The table shows columns including:
    • Reported By - The student who submitted the report
    • Reason - The reason title for the report
    • Status - Whether the report is new, waiting for review, or has already been reviewed
    • Reported On - When the report was submitted
    • Group - The name of the reported group
  5. Click on a report row to view detailed information
  6. The report details dialog shows information about the reported group, who reported it, when it was reported, the reason for reporting, and any attachments
  7. Review all the information carefully
  8. After reviewing, click “Mark as Reviewed” to mark the report as reviewed
  9. The report will be marked as reviewed
  10. Click “Cancel” to close the dialog without making changes
