How to Attach More Evidence

Add additional evidence to incidents after they have been created to provide more context and support the investigation.


  1. Navigate to the Incident Board and click on the incident you want to add evidence to
  2. In the incident detail view, locate the “Attachments” section in the center column
  3. Click the + icon at the top right of the Attachments section
  4. A dialog will open with options to add evidence:
    • URL Link: Enter a web link to external evidence
    • Description: Add a description for the evidence
  5. Enter the evidence URL and description (if applicable)
  6. Click “Save” to attach the evidence
  7. The evidence will be added to the attachments list
  8. You can add multiple evidence items by repeating the process
