How to Discuss Incident Within Your School

Use the comments section to discuss incidents with other staff members, share insights, and collaborate on incident resolution.


  1. Navigate to the Incident Board and click on the incident you want to discuss
  2. In the incident detail view, locate the tab bar in the center column
  3. Click on the “Comments” tab (the first tab, selected by default)
  4. View existing comments from other staff members in the comments thread
  5. Type your comment in the text input field at the top
  6. Click the send button to post your comment
  7. Your comment will appear in the comments thread and be visible to all staff members with access to the incident
  8. Staff members subscribed to the incident will receive email notifications when new comments are added
