How to Filter and Sort Incidents
Filter and sort incidents to find what you need quickly.
- On the Incident Board, locate the “Status” filter dropdown (top right)
- Select a status: New, In Review, Closed - board updates automatically
- Click on column headers with arrow symbols to sort - click again to reverse order (ascending/descending)
- Sortable columns (indicated by arrow symbols): Reported On (default sort by “Reported On” with most recent first)
