How to Filter and Sort Incidents

Filter and sort incidents to find what you need quickly.


  1. On the Incident Board, locate the “Status” filter dropdown (top right)
  2. Select a status: New, In Review, Closed - board updates automatically
  3. Click on column headers with arrow symbols to sort - click again to reverse order (ascending/descending)
  4. Sortable columns (indicated by arrow symbols): Reported On (default sort by “Reported On” with most recent first)
