How to Manage Incident Status Globally

Configure the incident status workflow for your entire school from Global Settings. This allows you to customize the status steps that incidents progress through.


  1. Log in to the School Web Portal
  2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
  3. Click on “Global Setting” from the popup menu
  4. Locate the “Incident Status” section
  5. View the current incident status stepper showing all configured statuses in order
  6. Each status is displayed with:
    • Status name
    • Order number (indicating the sequence in the workflow)
  7. To edit the status configuration, click the “Edit” icon (pencil icon) next to “Incident Status”
  8. In the edit dialog, you can:
    • Add new statuses
    • Remove existing statuses
    • Reorder statuses
    • Rename statuses
  9. Make your changes and save
  10. The updated status workflow will apply to new incidents in your school
