How to Set a Profile Picture

1. Log in to the School Web Portal and click on your profile picture (or profile icon) in the top right corner of the navigation bar
2. Click on “My Profile” in the popup menu
3. Click on the profile picture (or the edit icon on the profile picture) to open the profile picture dialog
4. In the “Profile Picture” dialog, you have the following options:
   • Click “Change” button to upload a new profile picture
   • Click “Remove” button to remove your current profile picture
   • Click the menu icon (three dots) to access:
     • “Past Profile Pictures” - View and restore previous profile pictures
     • “Help / Guidelines” - View guidelines for profile pictures
5. If you clicked “Change”, you can:
   • Upload from device - Click to select an image file from your computer (PNG, JPEG, JPG formats, max 1MB)
   • Take a photo - Use your device camera to capture a new photo
6. After selecting or capturing an image, the image will be displayed in a crop view
7. Adjust the crop area as needed (profile pictures are cropped to a square aspect ratio)
8. Click “Save” button to upload and set your profile picture
9. The dialog will close automatically upon successful upload

Tip

Profile pictures are stored and you can restore any of your previous 15 profile pictures from the “Past Profile Pictures” option in the menu.

Caution

Maximum file size is 1MB. Only PNG, JPEG, and JPG image formats are supported.
