How to change password in school webportal?

1. Log in to the School Web Portal
2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the navigation bar
3. In the dropdown menu, click on “My Profile”
4. On the My Profile page, click the “Change Password” button
5. A dialog will open with password change fields
6. Enter your “Old password” (required) - Enter your current password
7. Enter your “New password” (required) - Create a new password that meets the following requirements:
   • Minimum 8 characters
   • Minimum 1 letter
   • Minimum 1 number
   • Minimum 1 symbol
8. Review the password validation feedback indicators to ensure all requirements are met
9. Click the “Save” button
10. The system will verify your old password by attempting to sign in with it
11. If the old password is correct, your password will be updated
12. You will see a success message: “Password updated successfully”
13. The dialog will close automatically

Caution

Important: You must enter your current password correctly. If the old password is incorrect, you will see an error message and the password will not be changed.
