How to re-request email verification?
- Log in to the School Web Portal
- Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the navigation bar
- In the dropdown menu, click on “My Profile”
- On the My Profile page, if your email is not verified, you will see an error message container at the top stating “Email not verified”
- Click the “Resend Email” button in the error message container
- A verification email will be sent to your registered email address
- After clicking, the button text will change to “Verification Email sent” and the button will be disabled
- Check your email inbox for the verification email
- Click the verification link in the email to verify your email address
