How to re-request email verification?

  1. Log in to the School Web Portal
  2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the navigation bar
  3. In the dropdown menu, click on “My Profile”
  4. On the My Profile page, if your email is not verified, you will see an error message container at the top stating “Email not verified”
  5. Click the “Resend Email” button in the error message container
  6. A verification email will be sent to your registered email address
  7. After clicking, the button text will change to “Verification Email sent” and the button will be disabled
  8. Check your email inbox for the verification email
  9. Click the verification link in the email to verify your email address
