How to reset forgotten password?

1. Navigate to the School Web Portal login page
2. Click the “Set or reset password” link located on the right side of the login form, below the “keep me logged in” checkbox
3. You will be redirected to the “Reset your password” page
4. Enter your “Email” (required) - Enter the email address associated with your school account
5. Click the “Send reset link” button
6. A password reset email will be sent to your email address if the account exists
7. Check your email inbox for the password reset email
8. Click the password reset link in the email
9. You will be redirected to a password reset page
10. Enter your “Password” (required) - Create a new password that meets the following requirements:
    • Minimum 8 characters
    • Minimum 1 letter
    • Minimum 1 number
    • Minimum 1 symbol
11. Review the password validation feedback indicators to ensure all requirements are met
12. Click the “Reset Password” button
13. Your password will be reset and you will be automatically logged in
14. You will be redirected to the Dashboard

Tip

If you don’t receive the password reset email, check your spam folder. The reset link expires after a certain period, so use it promptly.
