How to Set a Brand Color of the School

1. Log in to the School Web Portal and click your profile picture (or profile icon) in the top right corner of the navigation bar
2. Click “My School” in the popup menu
3. In the My School page, locate the “Color” field (shown beside the logo upload area on medium and large screens, or below it on small screens)
4. Enter a hex color code in the Color text field. Valid formats:
   • 3 characters after # (e.g. #FFF)
   • 6 characters after # (e.g. #FFFFFF)
   • 8 characters after # (e.g. #FF6D1677)
5. Or use the color picker below the field to choose a color; the hex value updates in the text field automatically
6. The color code must start with #. Only digits 0–9 and letters A–F are allowed after #
7. Click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom right to save the brand color
8. A success message “School profile updated successfully” appears when the update completes

Caution

The color code must start with #. If you omit # or use an invalid format (e.g. wrong length or characters), the field shows a validation error and Save Changes will not proceed.
