How to Edit Student Information

  1. Log in to the School Web Portal and click on “Students” in the main navigation menu
  2. Navigate to the “Students” tab (default view)
  3. Locate the student you want to edit in the table
  4. Click the edit icon in the “Actions” column for that student row - a popup menu will appear
  5. Select “Edit” from the popup menu
  6. In the “Edit Student” dialog, you can modify:
    • “First name” (required) - Edit the student’s first name
    • “Last name” (required) - Edit the student’s last name
    • “Grade” (required) - Change the student’s grade
    • “Class” (optional) - Change the student’s class/division
  7. Click “Save” to apply changes
  8. The student information will be updated immediately in the system
  9. Email and push notifications are automatically sent to the student informing them about the grade and division update
