How to Edit Student Information
- Log in to the School Web Portal and click on “Students” in the main navigation menu
- Navigate to the “Students” tab (default view)
- Locate the student you want to edit in the table
- Click the edit icon in the “Actions” column for that student row - a popup menu will appear
- Select “Edit” from the popup menu
- In the “Edit Student” dialog, you can modify:
- “First name” (required) - Edit the student’s first name
- “Last name” (required) - Edit the student’s last name
- “Grade” (required) - Change the student’s grade
- “Class” (optional) - Change the student’s class/division
- Click “Save” to apply changes
- The student information will be updated immediately in the system
- Email and push notifications are automatically sent to the student informing them about the grade and division update
