How to Filter Students by Grade and Class

  1. Log in to the School Web Portal and click on “Students” in the main navigation menu
  2. Locate the “Grade” dropdown filter at the top right of the Students board
  3. Select a grade from the dropdown to filter students by that grade - the board updates automatically
  4. Locate the “Class” dropdown filter next to the Grade filter
  5. Select a class/division from the dropdown to filter students by that class - the board updates automatically
  6. You can use both filters together to narrow down to specific grade and class combinations
  7. To clear a filter, click the clear icon (X) in the dropdown field to remove the selected filter value
