How to disable a user?

  1. Click your profile picture in the top-right of the navbar to open the popup menu, then select “Team management”
  2. In the team table, find the user with status Active that you want to disable
  3. In the ACTION column, click the remove (minus circle) icon. The tooltip is “Disable User”
  4. In the “Disable User” confirmation dialog, read the message: “Are you sure you want to Disable this user? You can re-enable this user at any time. However, the user will not be able to access the system until re-enabled.”
  5. Click “Disable” to confirm, or “Cancel” to abort
  6. On success, “User access disabled!” is shown and the user’s status changes to Disabled. They can no longer sign in until an Owner or Admin “Enable User” for them

Who can disable: Owners can disable Admin and Collaborator; Admins can disable only Collaborator. You cannot disable your own account or the last Owner. You cannot disable users with status Invited; for those, use “Revoke Invite & Remove” (trash icon) to remove them from the team instead.
