How to request for password reset for school user?

  1. Click your profile picture in the top-right of the navbar to open the popup menu, then select “Team management”
  2. In the team table, find the user with status Active
  3. In the ACTION column, click the mail (lock/envelope) icon. The tooltip is “Send reset password mail”
  4. A password reset email for the School Web Portal is sent to that user’s email address
  5. A success message “Password reset email sent successfully!” is shown

When you can request a reset: Only for users whose STATUS is Active (they have already accepted the invite and signed in). The action is not available for your own row. Who can request it follows the same permission rules as editing that user.
