How to accept an invitation?

1. Check your email – You will have received an invitation email from your organization/school
2. Click the “Accept Invite” button in the email – You will be taken to an accept invitation page
3. Review your details – Check your details, role, and the school you are about to join
4. Click “Accept Invitation” – You will be automatically logged in
5. Complete onboarding – You will be taken to an onboarding page where you can check your details and edit them if required

Note

If you are trying to accept an invite from an already logged-in browser, you will see a checkbox message that says a user is already logged in. You can proceed by confirming that you want to switch accounts.

Tip

If you are unable to find the invitation email, ask your organization/school to resend it from their web portal. Also check that your email address is the same one they used to send the invitation.
