How to Access Student Details

1. Log in to the School Web Portal and click on “Students” in the main navigation menu
2. Navigate to the “Students” tab (default view)
3. Click on any student row in the table to open the student details page
4. View student information including basic profile details, analytics showing counts of incidents and interactions, mood graph comparing student and school averages, and detailed tabs for companion chat, mood data, and incidents. Some information requires data access approval from the student.

Companion chat and mood data require student approval. Send a data request and wait for approval before accessing this information. See How to Send Data Request to Student for more information.
